The Lolikaijuons (Giant Monster Loli Girls)

Okay, here is cool fun little concept to get your head around on. A new alien species known as the Lolikaijuon, were on home on their own planet like ours, but here is the thing. Humans also live there as well, but they worship and praise the giant Lolikaijuons, who tower above them. The Lolikaijuon is a race of young humanoid girls (around the ages of 6 and 12) who have giant monster like powers, and giant monster like sizes as well. The scale kinda goes like that. 6-8 years old are around 120ft to 150ft tall, and 9-12 can vary from the 150ft min, to 185ft tall. They all have an exclusive power to themselves, making them all different from each other, but there is one that is the master of them all. Her name is Mary.
Mary (often called Queen Mary) is the 200ft lolikaijuon with brown long hair, tan skin, and wears a pink bikini that covers her D-cup breasts. Her eyes are green to. She is the master of the Lolikaijuons, and has all of their powers. She is a fair goddess to the people who worships the lolikaijuons. Her power and beauty is immense, and she can be a loving and caring giantess, or a true destructive force to be reckon with. The planet is known as Earth-02, and the humans went to live on that planet with the lolikaijuons when they agreed to co-exist and let them rule over them. The planet is vast with many cities that were adjusted to fit with the Lolikaijuon's sizes, and of course they are tons of moments where the lolikaijuons are taller than buildings that the humans made.
Note the character list will expand over time to include more Lolikaijuons, and you guys can make your own using this format. Also, the Lolikaijuon's creation are unknown, so they can be ageless and have one appearance for a long time.

Hoping this is still going. I'd like to take first option and be a human interacting with a loli-giantess.

Bio: I woke up mysteriously on this world where Little Girls ruled and have done my best to survive in hiding of them as I was nearly killed half a dozen times. Mary found me and explained that the giant girls who rule here are peaceful to humans and that I am not in any danger so long as they are aware of me. She decided that since I am recovering from injuries and have amnesia that someone should be appointed to take care of me until my memory returns. At that point I can choose to return to where I came or stay with my caretaker.
(YOU - and this was under the assumption that I was supposed to make the girl regardless of playing the girl or human)

Looks: would have D-cup breasts at human size. Likes light blue clothes that show off lots of cleavage. Long pink hair & violet eyes with fair skin.
Exclusive Power: Telekinesis/Telempathy & Healing
Height: 150ft tall so short for her race
Bio: She was appointed by Mary to care for me when I arrived on the planet mysteriously with amnesia and is very knowledgeable as a nurse and caregiver. She tends to get a little to affectionate with her charges and patients however and believes that skinship is the best medicine for everything.
Other stuff: she often uses her psychic ability to locate tiny humans that might be on the floor and picks them up that way to prevent escape - I MEAN squishing. She rarely has on an outfit with pockets but happily resorts to other means of carrying humans she cares for.
(I noticed that you typically have us start so I am taking initiative.)
I was brought to a house while my newly appointed caregiver was out. I did not think I needed one, but Queen Mary was very insistent. I still think she just wants me watched for now, but at least this should prevent any more near-death experiences. The girls all do seem nice though; perhaps all my fear could have been avoided if I had gone to one of the giants for help in the first place. A note had been left out on the table to notify the caretaker, Anna, of my presence and condition so in the meantime I just sit on her dresser with some food Queen Mary had laid out for me. I wonder what this girl will be like when I hear some thumping that heralds the approach of one of these giants and it takes every bit of my willpower not to hide as I have been. The sound of the door unlocking can be heard like thunder to me
